Stephanie Rogers, APRN
Myeloma Center
Stephanie was nominated by Dr. Sharmilan Thanendrarajan.
Stephanie joined the Myeloma Center as an APRN one year ago to support our clinic, when we were facing a difficult time with a shortage of APRNs. She was able to quickly adapt to the situation although it was very difficult and challenging, as she was new to the team and doing the work of two APRNs for almost 1 year. Despite the heavy workload, she is always positive, smiling, and bringing her best every single day to the patients. She is a great team player and always has a good sense of understanding the patient’s situation easily and intuitively. She listens to them carefully and takes the time to please and comfort them.
It is a blessing to have Stephanie on our myeloma team. She is one the best, most caring and most devoted APRNs I have worked with at UAMS since I started in 2014. She is a role model for other APRNs and represents all the core values for which UAMS stands.
