Taylor Irons, RN, F8 – Cardiac Progressive
Please join the Center for Nursing Excellence in congratulating Taylor Irons, RN, for being selected as the DAISY Award recipient for the month of May!
Taylor Irons, RN, works on F8 – Cardiac Progressive and was nominated by a patient. The nomination below reflects how Taylor impacted their life in a very special way.
Nomination: My experience with UAMS has been great since I was diagnosed with Cancer. I recently was on the F8 floor, and the nurses and tech were so nice, manner able and friendly. Being a patient and been sick is already bad enough but when you go to a hospital and feel loved by the staff, feels good. Taylor made me and my family (husband) feel good and welcome. She was really sweet even when I was in pain and feeling down, she talked to me as a person and not as a patient; being patience and nice goes a long way. She listens to me when I was talking. I know she had other patients, but it meant a lot to me, how she showed me she cared.
Great job, Taylor!
