Prescription Information
Please ask your pharmacy to send a refill request to our clinic, or you can request prescription refills during your appointment. If you originally filled your prescription at the UAMS Health Outpatient Pharmacy, you can also refill your prescription online using UAMS Health MyChart.

Appointment Information
Some services in the Orthopaedic Clinic require a referral for an appointment. Please call our clinic to find out if a referral is required before you make an appointment.
Although UAMS Health does not require a physician referral for some services in this clinic, some insurance providers require a referral for specialty care. Please check with your insurance provider before requesting an appointment.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card along with a list of any medications you’re taking, including over-the-counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including X-rays related to your visit and slides or test results from other clinics.
For future appointments, please provide copies of X-rays and any additional updated medical and insurance information.
