About Dr. Cassat
Clinical Biography
Michael Cassat, M.D., joined the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences on March 1, 2015. He received his Doctorate of Medicine at UAMS in 1997 and completed his Family Medicine residency at the Area Health Education Center in Fayetteville, Ark., in 2005. Dr. Cassat has practiced in Primary Care, as well as Musculoskeletal Medicine in Springdale, Ark., and then Eagle and Vail, Colo. Most recently he practiced at Arkansas Specialty Orthopedics in Little Rock.
