Clinical Biography
Kathryn Nance, M.D., joined UAMS in December 2020. Prior to joining UAMS, she worked as a sports medicine physician in Conway, Arkansas. She previously served as a team physician for Texas Christian University Athletics, Texas Wesleyan University Athletics, Bowie High School and South Hills High School in Texas.

Dr. Nance did an outstanding job of taking time to listening to my concerns. [....] She showed remarkable patience with me. She displayed genuine concern and explained to me why she came to those conclusions. I felt better about her treatment plan after the visit. She is an outstanding example of the UAMS providers I've encountered.

I'm sure she's a great provider. She speaks quickly and Appears put out when you ask questions or to clarify diagnosis, treatment, different options, etc. What she told me was a little different than what the reports In my medical records told me. She's definitely not a people person, but I have no doubt she's a fabulous doctor because I trust UAMS and my referring physician
