The UAMS Family Medical Center is Arkansas’ first Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home, which is the highest level awarded by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
Pediatric Care
We offer services for everyone in your family, including individualized pediatric care for your children. Since we know how important it is for your child to see a doctor soon, our Center has same-day appointments available in most cases. We offer school physicals and also participate in the ADH Vaccine for Children Program.
COVID-19 Vaccinations
The UAMS Family Medical Center in Little Rock now offers COVID-19 vaccinations to all eligible residents. Learn more about vaccine availability, and who can get vaccinated.
Monoclonal Antibody Treatment
Monoclonal antibody infusions are available for qualifying adults who have tested positive for COVID-19. As of Dec. 13, 2021, infusions at this location are administered Monday, Wednesday and Friday. See if you or a loved one qualifies for this therapy.
Prescription Information
To refill a prescription, please ask your pharmacy to send an eScribe request to our clinic. If you originally filled your prescription at the UAMS Outpatient Pharmacy, you can also refill your prescription online using MyChart.

The Family Medical Center is a primary care clinic. Some insurance providers may require a co-pay for this service, so please check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment. Please call the clinic directly to request an appointment, or use MyChart to schedule an appointment online.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card along with a list of any medications you’re taking, including over-the-counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including slides or test results from other clinics.
For future appointments, please provide updated medical and insurance information.
