Doc was really great to us and took good care of my son why he was under his care for a year. He released us with no problems and will see us in another year. Thank you all at UAMS for taking good care of my son.

Dr.[NAME] has helped us through what we call our journey. All along the way, she's been very pleasant to deal with. She explains everything to us and she answers every question and she just makes sure that we know everything going on all the time. We so appreciate her. Thank you very much.

Honestly, the only thing that y'all can improve is y'all's bedside manner and y'all's ability to be able to comprehend and listen and act off of those two things in order to figure out what's actually wrong. Y'all are getting paid so much money to supposedly help people. When I am a mother of two, no daddies involved, got heart problems and seizures. Y'all can't figure it out. Y'all want to blame my mind, then tell me that it's gonna never go away. Didn't tell me it will go away. The fact is that we need the doctors to be more ... more civilized and more understanding and actually to try to put their feet in our shoes.
