The provider walked in the room and asked why I was there. I was very taken back by this as I was referred to her by her colleague to see what she could do to help my migraines. The provider asked very limited questions and rushed to write a daily prescription. The prescription has significant side effects that were never mentioned, on top of what I already take. Overall, I felt like the appointment was a complete waste of my time. We did not go over my history or how I am currently managing my headaches either [......]

Made eye contact once, did zero assessments, back turned the majority of the few minutes she was in the room. Not informative at all.

I felt very rushed because it appeared that she was sitting in her car driving. It also appeared that she did not have any of my medical records to refer to.
