Although it wasn't the fault of the doctor, the referral ended up not being for the right specialist. But the doctor we saw was really helpful and is still working with us to find the best doctor for the type of care we need.

I don't think it's very professional when you have to wait almost 2 hours past your appointment time, for your physician to get there. He apologized several times. I had to wait almost 3 months for this appointment. I called 2 weeks before my appointment, to try & get in earlier. Whoever the scheduler was for that day. Was rude & short with me. She didn't even try to look for an earlier appointment. She told me;I already had the earliest appointment.. I honestly don't feel like I would ever want to go back to that facility.
