Clinical Biography
Dr. Robert L. Archer is a professor of neurology at the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He works hard to provide relief to patients dealing with neurological challenges from multiple sclerosis (MS). He completed his medical degree at UAMS and later served a neurology residency here as well. Dr. Archer is board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Dr Archer listened to my issues and had a diagnosis within 10 minutes of talking to him something I had been looking for in almost 2 years of seeing other Doctors. VERY IMPRESSED. Very friendly and down to earth and I could tell he was genuinely interested in my issue. He thoroughly discussed diagnoses and treatment plan. Can't say enough good things about him. Thank goodness I was referred to see him. Wonderful man- left a lasting impression on me. True credit to himself and UAMS.

Dr Archer is a ONE OF A KIND DOCTOR!! I can't even begin to tell you what he has meant to me in the treatment of my MS!! I am excited for him for his retirement BUT I am going to miss him so much!! So grateful for Dr Archer!!!
