Added some story of his experience that gave me lots of reassurance that rash was not unusual, and that overall I soon would be doing great with a new knee. Loved his terminology of age spots as wisdom spots. Very positive vibes from doctor and other staff in the room. Appreciated the time spent reviewing history and noting current appearance of previous work.

This was by far one of the best interactions I've had with a clinician (and their resident). They were kind, gracious to listen to my questions, they have a great sense of humor and ability to put their patients at ease, and I would highly recommend all my friends and family into their care.
