The procedure didn't achieve what is was supposed to and the post operative stay in the hospital was abysmal. The bed was so bad I couldn't sleep in it. the room was dirty. everyone's feet stuck to the floor as the walked in. I had to stay an extra night because the couldn't seem to get everything in place to discharge me. And even with the extra day they couldn't get everything together to release me. A dietician came in the first day and showed me how I was going to feed myself and gave me a list of all I would be taking home to do that. I never got anything on that list. Instead they scurried around trying to find substitutes in hospital stock. Included in that were two drip bags. One of which I couldn't use because it was for the drip mechanism the hospital uses and not a gravity bag. Add to all this, no one told me the procedure was going to damage my mouth and taste buds. Now everything I put in my mouth feels like it is mixed with sand and has a tart, metallic taste - nothing tastes good. Yesterday I took my first taste of a Sprite. It instantly burned like a big gulp of 100 proof whiskey. I was told I had bad breath. I rinsed my mouth with mouthwash and it set me on fire. All in all, a miserable experience!

Dr. Tulunay took great care of my son who has a TBI. She took her time and had patience with him while doing a scope down his nose in the office.

Yes, this is [NAME]. On my visit, I was told certain things that I needed to do. They were supposed to be listed on my walkout printout, and they said, wait a little bit extra time so she had time to enter it. I did that. I didn't read it before I left. I got home, and there was no instructions that she told me what I was supposed to be doing for new medication. So that very much disappointed me. I had to look up on MyChart, and I had trouble getting into that. Plus, I contacted a nurse and by a phone message, left a phone message, and she never called back like I thought she was supposed to. And finally, I was able to get into MyChart, and I saw her response. So I am disappointed with the way.
