I was waiting first about 20 minutes for the doctor to see me and then another 20 minutes for them to give me an injection. I had to open the door to the room where I was so that someone could see that I was waiting for the injection.

My appointment was at [TIME]. I did not leave there until after [TIME] which the front desk was closed and I wasn't able to make another appointment. One of the girls at the front desk was running back into the office and I asked her about my next appointment and she said that they would handle it. I have not heard from them since.

I love UAMS and all of the staff I have interacted with, I have only had one bad experience and once I reported to the supervisor of that particular area it as addressed immediately.

I think you could be more accessible to deaf clients by providing live interpreters. Sometimes I have to miss appointments because I don't have a live interpreter. Yeah, and if not, you know, I could sue you and take you to court.
