Dr. Gann is an extremely knowledgeable and engaged care provider. You never feel as if he is rushing you and he is ALWAYS willing to hear your concerns and take them seriously. I find the office experience to be poor because front desk staff is often engaged in personal conversations in the presence of patients. I find the front desk experience off putting. That would be my only hesitation in recommending him as a provider [.....]

He explained everything well [.....] I really appreciate how he was concerned about me and getting to know me. Explained that some of the tests he recommended were to keep me healthy. I really enjoyed his attitude and care for me. I've never smiled so much at a doctor's appointment. I believe he really chose the right field to work.

Normally, we have a good experience with Dr. Gann, but for this visit, his energy was irritable, and his speech was short. He was not his usual self. I understand we can't have a perfect day every day. However, I do expect him to know my mom's history, especially with how long she's been his patient. He was abrupt when I asked him to renew the [.....] He mentioned a pain clinic. I told him she doesn't need that. He then stated he can order [.....] That was the final straw with him. My mom was in the hospital with a GI bleed about 4-5 weeks after he increased the dose from 15mg to 30mg. I didn't agree with the increase, and I made it known as well[....] Lastly, I inquired about other neighborhood clinics because that location is not ADA-friendly. He was more than obliged.

I told Dr. Gann what I wanted as far as a test for my womanly parts, and he told me NO and what he was going to do. Totally unsatisfied! He is not the ideal physician. I would NEVER recommend him. He was who I saw based on a same day request.

Staff seemed depressed. Dr was dismissive of my concerns. He rephrased all of my descriptions and modified my words to fit his preexisting diagnosis. Test results came back. I am seriously anemic. Requested follow-up about resolving this through MyChart. Message was read with no reply. Dr refuses to take any action regarding my full medical history or help manage my secondary issues. In fact, he has never brought up the subject willingly in 2 years. Instead, he focuses entirely on mental health. [....] I cannot tolerate treatments he mentioned being anemic [....] I have more than one diagnosis of concern, but he refuses to look at the whole picture [...]
