I would like to give feedback about Dr. Z who actually performed my surgery. I haven't received any kind of communication asking about my experience with the actual surgeon for the surgery or visits with him. I've only been asked about visits with the nurse practitioner and I don't understand that. I would really like to provide feedback with my experience with him and would appreciate some kind of communication about that.
