Matthew C. Brown, Au.D., CCC-A, earned his doctorate in audiology from UAMS. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology from Arkansas Tech University.

When the audiology test began, it started very quickly. I wasn't quite ready for it. I would have appreciated a little more introduction about what was going to happen before we started.

I waited an hour before I saw an audiologist. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked if I would be seen soon and the lady said she would let my provider know I was here. After waiting an hour , I asked the front desk to reschedule my appointment. At that point I saw the doctor right away and my hearing aids were repaired within minutes. Except for waiting so long to be seen, I am happy with my experience.
