    Comment Summary

Patients generally responded positively to their experiences with Mark Feger. Two reviewers gave him five-star ratings, with one noting that experiences on multiple visits were excellent. One patient shared a particularly meaningful account, describing how Mark Feger helped them find answers after frustrating experiences with other providers following hip and back surgery, suggesting he is seen as a capable and trustworthy clinician. There are a couple of notable areas for improvement. One reviewer felt that Mark Feger seemed rushed during the appointment, suggesting that time management or attentiveness during visits could be better. Additionally, one patient noted that Mark Feger did not acknowledge or apologize for a wait time before the appointment, and expressed that this simple courtesy would have meaningfully improved their experience. Overall, patients appear to have a largely positive impression of Mark Feger, with most reviews reflecting satisfaction with the care received. The average ratings are strong, and at least one patient credits him with providing relief and clarity after a difficult medical journey. However, the feedback around feeling rushed and the lack of acknowledgment of wait times suggests that small improvements in bedside manner and patient communication could further elevate the experience for his patients.

Well after hip surgery and back surgery I was still having severe pain. My back Dr.kept showing me X-rays and telling me it was my hip. I got tired hearing Drs blaming each other I decided to come to try elsewhere. I'm glad I did.
