Comment
Cannot refer as just got notice you are loosing Dr. Crouch. I am so disappointed as have given you comments before you need to clone him. You are loosing very fine physician. Understand you are a teaching hospital but wish you could keep doctors longer as he will definitely be missed.

Dr. Crouch has a habit of mumbling/speaking at a low volume, and I am hearing impaired. It has gotten worse over the years.

The clinic tries to see too many patients for the staff available. It makes me want to go somewhere else even though I like my care provider. The wait times are too long . The "no return calls or email responses" are either nonexistent or come way to late.

The physician I spoke with was excellent and what impressed my the most is how quickly they called in my prescription request for a controlled mental health medication. I had been without this medication for over a week and it was difficult to concentrate at my job. I really want to thank the intern or resident doctor who passed on my verbal request to the prescribing Dr. I remember thinking to myself I hope that he does not forget to pass this information along. A few hours after my appointment my pharmacy notified me that my prescription had been filled!

Dr. Crouch has not answered any of my mychart messages, which I find to be dereliction of care. When I asked him why he doesn't use mychart, he became very self defensive. He took no responsibility for his failure to communicate and blames poor support by UAMS. He also blamed his nursing staff for not returning my call about this matter, which I found to be very unprofessional.
