This was the first time I met Dr. Lauren, and that's what I'm calling her. And she was very courteous, very knowledgeable. She knew my history, even though this was actually the first time that we had met. She was just taking over from my previous PCP, and I was really concerned about having to basically break in a new person. She took it over, she knew my history. She wasn't originally going to be my PCP, but after we got through talking, she did say she would do that, and I'm very pleased with that. We had a good talk, good visit. She's extremely capable. I have absolute trust in her. Thank you very much.

Dr Oliver is an amazing doc. The whole package...smart, thorough and friendly. All of the nurses and front desk staff I've encountered are great too.

She did not handle my situation and she didn't do anything to help with my health at all. I have been a patient for years with Oliver she is more interested in my habits than my health and medical needs.

So Dr. Gibson- Oliver is absolutely amazing. The nurses were mostly great, but there are a couple pieces of feedback that maybe they could use a little more training on, which is body positivity and like pronouns and transgender stuff. I've had a few nurses that didn't seem that well trained on those things. Yeah, that's it.

I feel the appointment process for clinic cancelled appointments needs to be changed. Seems that when an appointment is cancelled due to provider not being present that day you are moved to the bottom of the list. Therefore everyone making an appointment after me gets to see the doctor before me. Asinine to say the least. There should be a provision to give the cancelled individual a next appointment in a feasible time frame, not six months later.
