I drive three hours for the care I receive. My pacemaker check was very comforting. I asked a question and she stopped what she was doing and spoke to ME. The explanation was understandable not words I would not have understood. The cardiologist was just as great. The personal approach to patient care makes one feel wanted and not just a number. And above all all of my providers are centerly located!

The wait time was extremely too long. I got there fifty minutes before my appointment time and still didn't get seen until an hour after my appointment time. Why ask patients to be there a half hour early if they are still going to have to wait an hour after the appointment to be seen. That is time wasted. I can sit home and do nothing and it won't cost me anything. Coming to the hospital cost me a lot of money because my insurance considers the hospital an out of network provider. For the money that the hospital is charging me, I should not have to wait two hours to be seen.

Having to re-answer the preregistration questions during check in or during vitals gathering is a waste of the patient's and the staff's time. A notice should pop up for the staff advising that the questions have been answered and the date of the last time each section was answered. Do better. Spend some time on a LEAN / Waste analysis from the both the staff and the customer perspective.

Yes, I received excellent care from the doctor, pharmacist, and also from the doctor that saw me. And it has changed over the several years that I've been using the [FACILITY] And that's why I'm proud to be a patient of the [AFFLIATED FACILITY]. So thank you very much.

I've had congestive heart failure, now diagnosed for over three and a half years, and Dr. [NAME] and Ms. Jenna Valovich have been exceptional. They've gotten me out of the critical list and into a good state of recovery and I owe it all to them. I would suggest them and UAMS to anyone. I already have, as a matter of fact. I look forward to my next appointment and the special care that y'all give. Thank you.
