Dr. Kirsch and his colleague were very good. Other doctors should take lessons from them.

The Dr seemed sorry for the delay but his explanation wasn't satisfactory. He tried to listen to our concerns and offered some assistance with my mother's hearing loss. My biggest concern was in him dictating in the medical record while we were in the room. This made the experience take much too long. As a medical professional myself I found that a bit too distracting from helping my 96 year old mother understand what was taking place and why. He dictated and of course in medical terms which she could not understand then didn't really explain to her what he said. I understood the dictation but had I not been in the medical profession I would have felt very confused. He finished the job c can after he dictated most of the record. I understand maybe doing some charting In the room but this was too much. I'm pretty sure we were the last patient of the day and our entire visit was over two hours. He was pleasant and as far as that goes we have no issues. Just wasn't happy with the long wait and the dictating in the room.
