Hazel “Kathy” Liverett, M.D., is an assistant professor of medicine in the Department of Infectious Diseases. She received her Bachelor of Science from University of Central Arkansas, where she was in the Honors College. She received her Doctor of Medicine from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences; where she then went on to complete both her residency in internal medicine and pediatrics and her fellowship in infectious diseases. She is board-certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, adult infectious diseases, as well as pediatric infectious diseases.
Dr. Liverett is a physician in the UAMS Health Infectious Disease Clinic.

Dr L is unfamiliar with my disease. She got the numbers down but they are back up and she seems unwilling to try anything else. I've called my old ID and pulmonologist, unfortunately, I am not in [DIFFERENT STATE] anymore. With the symptoms I believe more testing, and treatment is needed
