I didn't really understand what he was saying to me. I wanted him to talk to my mother so she would understand.

In my opinion, Dr Ladha should research the use of medical marijuana for epilepsy more. We are all unique in the rate we metabolize medicine. My vaping 2-3 times a week keeps my seizures under control along with my regular seizure medication. Dr Ladha told me on a previous visit that it doesn't stay in your system that long. On this visit I told him I stopped it for a few weeks and had several seizures then began vaping the MM again and the seizures have stopped. He said if I believed it helps to keep doing it. It's not just a belief, it was ordered by my last neuro. The ordering Doctor told me to vape 2x per day every day. I couldn't. I don't tolerate meds as well as others.

First of all the guy in the doctor's office was confused on whether I was a new patient or return patient.Called me 3 different occasions to either reschedule or see another doctor, said he was confused or mixed me up with another patient. After having this appt. For 3 months As for the doctor it was very hard for me to understand him.I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times..This was very embarrassing for me and probably him too. I was also concerned that I wasn't asked to do any bloodwork after me telling my concerns . I've ALWAYS every six months done a [TEST] but this doctor said levels don't mean anything? WHAT & WHY NOT? I LEFT THERE BEING VERY CONCERNED WITH WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT. SEE ANOTHER DOCTOR OR WHAT? VERY DISAPPOINTED

I felt comfortable and well informed about my health care. I'm glad I will get the treatment and the test results needed to see why I'm having seizures.
