PA Mandy introduced herself and intern as she entered the room. She explained my health issue, and possible treatments and the benefits and risks of possible surgery. She made me feel relaxed and she seemed very empathetic to my symptoms.

Dr. Randolph is an amazing and charming person. Since our first meeting in 2022, he has earned my sympathy and trust. We are moving in the same direction to improve my quality of life, taking into account my health conditions. Due to my poor English, I sometimes struggle with translation when discussing my current health status, and as a result, many of the intelligent questions I should have asked the doctor come to me later. However, I have an account, and I use my chat to clarify any concerns I may have.

My answer "Good" for the care provider's discussion of any proposed treatment, it's because my care provider did not inform me about the use and benefits of the Bone Stimulator that I am wearing. I now understand the benefits, but he did not tell me in advance, during our post-surgery appointment, that he was prescribing it and/or why
