He was great - answered all my questions, even the childish ones. Was very clear and talked about the pros and cons of surgery. Also made sure I didn't feel pressure to schedule it, or schedule it within a certain time frame. He made sure to let me know it was my call, he would be happy to help, and that the scheduler would call me sometime this week to get the surgery date. He even made sure to tell me that if it's not a good date; it's not a big deal, we'll just move it. I definitely felt like he listened to me and wanted me to be comfortable with the decision and the process.
