Your bunch is the greatest I've ever had. I've been coming there for 15 years and I tell you, they want to know why I won't go into Hot Springs, I said no way, I will go to UAMS. They have the best, they treat you wonderful, they're all so good and courtesy and caring. So I don't know where you get all your people, but honey, somebody really does their job getting these great people to work for you. They are all so good and nice. And I, like I said, I would not go nowhere else but there. I love it. It's worth my extra 50 miles to get somebody like this to take care of me. Thank you.

This is not the first time that I've gone to Dr. Smith and had the epidural and I have always found them extremely, extremely professional, helpful, empathetic, sympathetic, are you okay, is this all right, do you feel okay. Trying to reach out to ask a question is not real easy. Basically have to have another appointment to find out a little more about all the things discussed,in Trying to make a decision on a spine stimlator!!! But I know I'm not the only one that they are dealing with. Hopefully now that I have a link to Dr.smith it will be easier!!! Not the only place with uams I've had problems reaching out to someone. Very difficult for communications!

Dr Smith was very comforting & explained his potential plan. Will know more during next visit. I really appreciated his willingness to help me find an internal medicine Dr. it's been very difficult to find a Dr that will take a new patient, but he has made a referral to someone he respects & believes will be a good fit for me.
