The doctor did not understand what I was telling her when describing my sinus infection symptoms. In describing color I told her yellowish-white and she said like puss and I said yeah so she began to think it was puss and recommended I see my ENT because it might be a complication from the surgery. I was sick and had a sinus infection. That's why I came in. So she didn't give me any tests for strep, covid or the flu as a result. I had tested positive for strep a week prior and felt like it came back. I felt so sick I didn't realize her misunderstanding until I was driving home. So I called and spoke with a nurse about and she said she would have the doctor correct my record.

He has been the best most understanding Doctor I have seen there. Along with Dr. [NAME] who left last year.

The Gentleman Dr I saw was very rude and condescending when trying trying yo discuss my health issues and concerns with him and letting him know what the hospital said after my 3 day stay He needs to work on his bedside manner before becoming a actual doctor

Dr [NAME] was great and I've never seen a healthcare provider so attentive and caring. However, the doctor in charge of her was strange, gave me the bullet points and walked out. Seemed pointless to me, if she has to come in she could try to care for those few seconds especially since Dr [NAME] is a resident and won't be my doctor forever. Great place though, I recommend it.
