Dr. Autumn M. Brown’s clinical focus is family medicine and preventive health. As grateful as she is to work with patients and treat their various health conditions, it is also rewarding when routine health care screenings help to prevent these diseases and illnesses from even occurring.

Dr. Brown is great, however, I have noticed that calling and leaving messages, or leaving messages thru my chart yields no reply. Also, calling the after hours line has not been very successful since changes in the clinic. On one occasion, I never received a call back at all and this was months ago. A few days ago, it took an hour for someone to call me back.

I came in because I smashed my finger in bricks and have a lot of bleeding under my nail and bruising on my finger. Dr Brown suggested an X-ray which I declined. Dr Brown provided her professional on why I should get an X-ray. I am glad I did because it was confirmed I have a fracture in my finger and was immediately referred to ortho.
