About Dr. Phillips
Clinical Biography
Amy Phillips, M.D., is an Associate Professor in the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated summa cum laude from UAMS in 2004 then completed her residency in the UAMS Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2008.
Her dedication to education was recognized with a Resident Excellence in Teaching Award, and she currently serves as Residency Program Director. She is also a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Phillips looks forward to many years of excellence in practicing medicine, teaching, and research for UAMS.

She listened to my concerns and didn't dismiss them at all and told me if what we figured out could be the problem doesn't work then to let her know and we'll do further research. She was the best.

I did not see the doctor listed on this survey. I saw, I believe, a nurse practitioner who did not provide her name. In addition to not introducing herself, all she did was listen to the baby's heart rate. My belly was not measured and she did not discuss my visit to L & D triage the night before for pressure and pains that I told the nurse about. Was in the room less than 5 minutes.
