Dr. Alexander is the best GP. She listens and makes you feel like you are the only person that matters to her at that moment and you do not feel rushed.

Doctor explained reasons for recommended care and explained in medical and statistical terms that I could understand. This allowed me to ask questions and get good answers to my thoughts about the care so that I could agree from a really informed position and not just shake my head in agreement. This reminds me of a grand rounds presenter discussing "teach back" where the patient should be able to explain back to the doctor the treatment prescribed. I know that takes time but I like it. Thank You.

Dr. Alexander is great and I am willing to tolerate the poorly run clinic with inadequate staff because I like the care she provides.

Best doctor I've ever had. Always listens to and address my concerns and will even ask about past issues to make sure they are also resolving.
