Everyone who comes to a UAMS Health location is required to wear a mask and pass a health screening. You will also have your temperature taken. Please do not remove your mask until asked to do so by a UAMS Health employee.
Visitors required or recommended to quarantine by the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) due to illness, potential exposure, travel or other reason are not allowed at UAMS Health locations until cleared by ADH.

Warren Clinic History
The Warren clinic became possible through the unwavering support of the Bradley County Medical Center Board and the administrator, Mr. Harry Stevens. We began operations in 1993 in a small yellow house. One the first day of operation the clinic had 2 children. This number quickly grew to 30 and the clinic was off and running.
For 13 years, UAMS Kids First served special needs children from that little yellow house. Gradually the clinic began to outgrow the building and needed more space. Once again, the Bradley County Medical Center Board and Mr. Harry Stevens stepped forward to construct a new building. In May 2006, the clinic held its open house in their new location, realizing a long-time dream.

Appointment Information
Evaluation for enrollment at Kids First requires a referral from the child’s primary care physician.
Through the intake process, our interprofessional team of early childhood professionals, occupational, speech, and physical therapists, dietitians, and nurses works with families to conduct evaluations and collect information regarding the child and family’s strengths and needs. Results from the assessments are reviewed by the Kids First team to determine eligibility for services.
