One of the services that I provide is rhinoplasty or nose surgery. It can be for two main reasons, whether it’s cosmetic — so, the appearance of the nose — or functional — so, for instance, how a patient is breathing.
This will start with a consult. We’ll see you in the office and we’ll go over what you’re specifically interested in or what you’re dealing with, and then the options that I have available to potentially change those and make things better.
The recovery for rhinoplasty kind of depends on what we end up doing. We often end up putting a little splint on a patient’s nose and potentially inside their nose, and those often come out within about a week.
Recovery depends on the patient. It’s usually about one to two weeks of downtime.
